simply go for NPS Volunteer contribution in tier 1 who have already a NPS Account ,,invest upto 50000 over and above 150000 in 80C. this is under section 80CCD(1B),,, Non NPS employees can open a new NPS Account online simply visiting eNPS website at following link- https://enps.nsdl.com/eNPS/NationalPensionSystem.html
